MULFRA QUOIT

Situated near the summit of Mulfra Hill, with spectacular views over Penwith, St Michael's Mount and out to sea, stands this very charming but partially collapsed dolmen. Mulfra Quoit now consists of three upright stones that support its huge capstone. Originally there may have been a fourth supporting upright, and possibly the entire quoit was once fully covered with earth.
